This includes recruiting and evaluating applicants, participant interviews, developing resource packets, providing resources and technical assistance as outlined in resource packets, serving on the funding committees as well as continued mentorship and evaluation. Since most of the funding will be directed to entrepreneurs, the majority of partner resource delivery will usually be counted as a matching funds, with resources being allocated to partner organizations in special cases.
