Moving Forward with Economic Empowerment

On Tuesday, March 21, we held our Second Collaborators meeting to build support and find the optimal ways to support needs-based resource development as well as low barrier grants, loans and investments for entrepreneurs of color.
In the meeting, we discussed our plans to strengthen partnerships with The City of Madison, Market Ready, UW Madison, Chambers of Commerce, Venture Capital firms, other Economic Development orgs and entrepreneurs. We'll be working with these organizations to connect entrepreneurs of color to planning, mentoring, funding and other resources. It was inspiring to see such a great, experienced team of collaborators in the room ready to do real work with EEWI!

Our community support is building, and we’re moving along quickly on the path to providing entrepreneurs of color the fighting chance they deserve to grow economically. We need you to help us make it happen. Please stay engaged with EEWI by signing up for our email list in the bottom right corner of this page and following us on Facebook to stay involved.
